Food for life

I believe good food is one of life's ultimate pleasures.   When you have good ingredients, grown, reared or made with care and attention, there really is no need to try very hard to make them taste nice.  The best meals are the ones most simply made and presented.  A plate of local cheese and some good homemade sourdough bread is what  I call a feast !
